Cocktail Bartender

We’re on the lookout for hard-working and enthusiastic people who are as passionate as we are about providing fantastic customer service, to join our friendly team at Churche’s Mansion.

Skills needed:

– 1 year experience as a cocktail bartender

– A real drive to succeed and grow

– Passion for classic cocktails and a good knowledge of wine

– Good multi-tasking skills and strong work ethic

– Excellent customer service

The role:

– Acknowledging and welcoming the guests

– Making and serving signature and classic cocktails in a busy bar

– Serving wines, upselling drinks and nibbles to the guests

– Making sure bar is always tidy and comfortable being the face of the bar

– Restocking the fridges and assisting with stocktakes

– Being a team player

Waiter/Waitress

We’re on the lookout for friendly and hard-working people who are as passionate as we are about providing fantastic customer service, to join our friendly team at Churche’s Mansion.

Skills needed:

– 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress

– A passion for food

– Excellent customer service

– Strong work ethic

The role:

– Greeting and serving customers and presenting/collecting bills

– Providing detailed information on the menus

– Multi-tasking with various front-of-the-house duties

– A good team player

– Able to effectively communicate with our kitchen staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly

Hospitality Apprenticeships (Front of House and/or Kitchen)
