We source British produce and ingredients from across the UK with our lobsters from Scotland, scallops from Cornwall and our oysters and mussels from North Wales.
Our Head Chef Ian’s personal favourite menu item, is the Churche’s Cocktail. A visually dynamic dish, it showcases the best of what Churche’s Mansion has to offer with a variety of flavours and textures.
Ian enjoys the creative process of bringing to life the desserts that he’s initially planned out on paper, like with our apple and crème brulee dish. We believe that desserts should be fun and we love getting creative with our dish presentation.
