Kyri and Sophia were looking for a restaurant that could serve quality food with excellent service, without being geared to a limited audience. They want everyone to feel welcome at the Mansion and this is my favourite kind of workplace. All the staff become a family working together to create a great atmosphere for everyone who visits.
This was a challenge I was looking forward to facing. Being able to promote and use what our fantastic country has to offer is a pleasure. From local spirits such as Forest with their gins and whiskey, Tatton brewery with their local craft ale and Lyme Bay producing fantastic quality wines. I love selling quality produce that I know our guests will enjoy.
I’m sure this speaks for itself but as a local to the area, I love that the building is finally being used again. To work in a building with so much history is fantastic. To have watched the refurbishment and witnessed the amazing job Kyri and Sophia have done with keeping the older elements of the building whilst adding modern touches, has been great. I can’t wait to see how they finish the upstairs dining area ready for private events and special occasions.
The artists dropping their work off to showcase around Churche’s Mansion is lovely, and the support from the locals wanting the business to succeed has been overwhelming. Myself and the team at Churche’s Mansion can’t wait to continue boasting about what Nantwich truly has to offer.
